Project Funding Company in Hyderabad: Asia Pacific Inc
Asia Pacific Inc. is a project funding company in Hyderabad arranging capital for developers and businesses through banks, NBFCs and investors since 2003.

Asia Pacific Inc. is a project funding company in Hyderabad that arranges debt and equity for real estate, infrastructure and power projects. We are an advisory firm, not a lender. Since 2003 we have structured funding requirements and raised capital for clients through banks, NBFCs, private equity funds, family offices and institutional investors.
Project funding covers more ground than most people expect. A developer building apartments, a company setting up a solar plant, and a business acquiring a competitor all need capital, and all three fall under project funding. What they don't share is the route to getting it.
Each needs a different structure, different funders and a different case. That is the work we do. We assess the project, decide what kind of capital actually fits, and go to the funders most likely to provide it.

What Project Funding Covers
Project funding means raising the capital a venture needs to get built and running. That can include buying land, putting up the structure, importing plant and machinery, laying utilities, and holding working capital until the project starts earning.
The difference from a straightforward loan is what the funder is assessing. A lender giving a business loan looks at the company's existing cash flow. A project funder looks at whether the finished project will generate enough to service the debt. That question shapes the documentation, the security and the repayment schedule.
If you want the mechanics in detail, our guide to project funding in Hyderabad covers eligibility, documents and the approval process.
What We Arrange
We work across debt, equity and hybrid structures. Most projects end up using more than one.
Debt
Project finance is the core of what we do. Capital raised specifically to build and commission a project, structured around the project's own cash flows rather than the promoter's balance sheet alone.
Working capital funds day-to-day operations while a project is under construction or ramping up. Many ventures secure project finance and then run short on operating cash, so we treat the two together.
Promoter's funding raises capital against the promoter's own holdings, often to meet the equity contribution a lender expects before it will sanction.
Mortgage loans raise capital against property the borrower already owns. For developers, this is often how land already held becomes the funding for the next project. Our guide to land purchase loans and plot loans covers the land side.
Debt syndication brings several lenders together when a requirement is too large for one. Terms have to be negotiated across institutions with different rules, which is where advisory work earns its place.
Equity
Private equity raises capital from funds, family offices and institutional investors in exchange for a stake. It suits projects needing capital that debt alone cannot cover.
Mezzanine funding sits between debt and equity. It fills the gap when senior lenders have gone as far as they will and the promoter cannot bridge the rest alone.
Angel investments and growth funds apply to earlier-stage ventures and businesses scaling up rather than building a single asset.
Structured finance covers everything that does not fit a standard product. When a project's cash flows, security or timeline are unusual, the capital structure has to be built around them.
Strategic Transactions
We also advise on mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and joint equity participations. These are transactions rather than construction projects, but they need the same discipline: work out what the deal requires, structure it, and find the counterparty or the capital.
Working Capital Products
Alongside project funding we arrange factoring, bill discounting and commodity funding. These solve short-term cash flow rather than fund a project, and they often sit alongside a project facility rather than replacing it.
Sectors We Work In
Real Estate
Our largest area of work. We arrange project construction finance, debt syndication, private equity, mortgage loans and structured finance for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across Hyderabad and South India.
Developers working on the build phase specifically should start with our page on construction finance in Hyderabad.
Power and Renewable Energy
We work on equity participation in engineering, procurement and construction contracts, operation and maintenance arrangements, new technologies in power generation and distribution, and build-own-operate contracts.
Power projects run on long timelines and earn nothing until they commission. Funders assess them on projected generation and offtake rather than on sales, so the funding structure has to carry the project through to commercial operation.
Infrastructure
For infrastructure we arrange debt syndication and private equity, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements and special purpose vehicle partnerships.
Infrastructure requirements are usually large enough that no single lender takes them on, which makes syndication and SPV structuring central to the work.
Who We Work With
We work with organisations building or acquiring real assets. That includes real estate developers and builders, infrastructure companies, power and renewable energy developers, manufacturing businesses, MSMEs expanding capacity, landowners entering joint ventures, and special purpose vehicles set up for specific projects.
What matters more than the category is the project. A first-time promoter with a well-prepared project and clear approvals is often easier to fund than an established company with an underprepared file.
Project Funding and Construction Finance Are Not the Same
Developers use the two terms interchangeably, and applying under the wrong one is a quiet cause of rejection.
Construction finance pays for the build phase of a real estate project. It is released in stages against verified site progress and repaid from unit sales. Project funding is broader. It finances a complete venture from land to first revenue, and repayment comes from the operating cash flow of the finished asset.
Put simply, if you are selling units, you need construction finance. If you are building something that will operate and earn, you need project funding. Our comparison of construction finance and project funding works through the difference with examples.
The Funders We Work With
Among project funding companies in Hyderabad, we are on the advisory side, which means we work across the funding market rather than offering one product.
We raise capital through public sector and private banks, NBFCs, private equity funds, family offices, alternative investment funds, institutional investors and strategic investors.
Each has a different appetite. Banks offer the lowest cost and apply the strictest criteria. NBFCs move faster and take a wider range of profiles. Private equity and family offices provide capital that debt cannot, in return for a stake. Alternative investment funds and private credit step in where conventional lenders stop.
Because we are not tied to any of them, the recommendation follows the project rather than a product we happen to sell.
Why Companies Use an Advisory Firm
Approaching funders directly works when you already know which one fits and have a relationship with them. For most projects, it costs time.
Going to several funders at once produces a string of meetings, repeated documentation and, often, a string of declines that reveal nothing useful. Every rejection costs weeks. Multiple simultaneous applications can also show up on credit records and read as difficulty.
An advisory firm narrows that down before you start. We work out which funders are realistic, prepare the proposal so it answers their questions in advance, and negotiate terms on your side of the table. When a funder declines, we already know who to approach next and why.
Some businesses search for a financial consultant in Hyderabad when they need project capital. Many financial consultants specialise in personal investments and tax planning. Raising capital for a project is a different discipline, and the question worth asking any adviser is how many project funding transactions they have actually closed.
Situations We Help With
A requirement too large for one funder. We syndicate across several lenders under coordinated terms.
A gap after senior debt. The lender has gone as far as it will and the promoter cannot bridge the rest. Mezzanine funding or structured finance closes it.
A file that has been declined. We look at why, fix what can be fixed, and approach funders whose criteria actually fit.
Equity rather than debt. Some projects need capital that debt cannot provide. We raise it through private equity funds, family offices and strategic investors.
Promoter contribution that is short. Promoter funding against existing holdings can meet the equity the lender expects.
Capital tied up in property. Mortgage loans against land or buildings already owned release capital for the next project.
A transaction rather than a project. Acquisitions, management buyouts and joint equity participations need structuring and counterparties as much as capital.

The stage that decides most outcomes is capital structure design. Deciding early whether a requirement is debt, equity, syndicated or structured determines which funders are worth approaching, and getting it wrong costs months.
Why Asia Pacific Inc.
Asia Pacific Inc. was founded in 2003 and is led by Chief Executive Officer S. Radha Krishna. Over more than 23 years we have closed over 700 transactions across project finance, construction finance, land funding, debt syndication, private equity and structured finance. The firm is ISO 9001:2015 certified under Certificate No. 305023041215Q.
We work across three sectors rather than one, which matters more than it sounds. A funder active in renewable energy is rarely the same one funding apartment projects, and knowing both markets means a wider set of options for any given project.
We also cover the full capital stack. Senior debt, mezzanine, equity and structured arrangements are different instruments, and many projects need a combination. Arranging all of them means we can design the structure rather than fit the project to a single product.
And we are clear about what we are. We advise and arrange. We do not lend, and we do not promise approval before assessing a project. You can read more about Asia Pacific Inc. and how we work.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Asia Pacific Inc. a project funding company in Hyderabad?
Yes. Asia Pacific Inc. is a project funding company in Hyderabad operating as a capital advisory firm. We arrange project finance, debt syndication, private equity, mezzanine and structured finance through banks, NBFCs and investors. We do not lend directly, which lets us compare funders for each project.
What sectors do you arrange project funding for?
We work across three sectors: real estate, power and renewable energy, and infrastructure. Within each we arrange debt, equity and structured capital, including construction finance, syndication, private equity, joint ventures and special purpose vehicle arrangements.
What is the difference between project funding and construction finance?
Construction finance funds the build phase of a real estate project and is repaid from unit sales. Project funding finances a complete venture from land to first revenue, and is repaid from the operating cash flow of the finished asset. Selling units points to construction finance, operating an asset points to project funding.
Can you arrange equity rather than debt?
Yes. We raise private equity, mezzanine funding, angel investment and growth capital through funds, family offices and institutional investors. Many projects use a combination of senior debt and equity, and part of our work is deciding what that mix should be.
Do you work with MSMEs?
Yes. MSMEs expanding capacity or setting up new facilities regularly use project funding. Funders focus closely on business financials and on whether the new capacity will generate the revenue to service the debt, so the proposal needs to make that case clearly.
What is debt syndication and when is it needed?
Debt syndication brings several lenders together to fund a requirement too large for one. It is common in infrastructure and larger real estate projects. The work lies in negotiating terms across institutions with different rules and keeping them aligned through to disbursement.
Do you help with acquisitions and joint ventures?
Yes. Alongside project funding we advise on mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, joint equity participations, joint venture arrangements and SPV partnerships. These need structuring and the right counterparty as much as capital.
How do I start?
Share your project details through our funding enquiry page or call +91 9676779143. We begin with a discussion to understand the requirement, then assess the project and recommend a capital structure and suitable funders.
